Prior to entering real estate, Ash worked in financial services in Manhattan, where she developed a strong foundation in financial analysis, negotiation, and strategic decision-making. She leverages this background to provide a thoughtful real estate strategy.
Most recently, Ash served as Director of Sales for the Wonder Lofts in Hoboken, NJ—an 83-unit condominium conversion of the historic Wonder Bread Factory—further solidifying her expertise in new development sales and marketing.

Born in India and raised in New Jersey, Ash lives with her husband, son, and daughter and is fortunate to have called several neighborhoods across Manhattan and New Jersey her home. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, painting, discovering new restaurants, and spending time with family and friends. Ash graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Economics from Rutgers University.
