Most recently, Ash served as Director of Sales for the Wonder Lofts in Hoboken, NJ — an 83-unit condominium conversion of the historic Wonder Bread Factory. Working closely with the developer from the early planning stages, Ash helped shape pricing, positioning, and marketing strategy, ultimately achieving record-breaking prices and surpassing the project’s original performance targets.
Prior to entering real estate, Ash worked in risk management at Citigroup, where she developed a strong foundation in financial analysis, negotiation, and strategic decision-making. She leverages this background to provide a thoughtful real estate strategy.
Serving both domestic and international buyers and sellers, Ash maintains relationships across the United States, Europe, and Asia, allowing her to advise clients with global perspective and local precision.
Born in India and raised in New Jersey, Ash lives with her husband, son, and daughter and has called several neighborhoods across Manhattan and New Jersey home. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, painting, discovering new restaurants, and spending time with family and friends. Ash graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Economics from Rutgers University.
